We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Macros AI account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Delete Within the App
- Open the Macros AI app on your device
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Read the confirmation message carefully
- Tap "Confirm Delete" to complete the process
Your account will be deleted immediately, and you'll be logged out.
Option 2: Email Request
If you're unable to access the app, send an email to:
info@afrivance.ai
Include the following information:
- Subject: "Macros AI Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address or Google account email
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to all your data, meal logs, progress tracking, and personalized insights. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your Macros AI account, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account Information: Your Google account credentials, profile name, email address, and profile picture
- Meal Data: All food logs, photos of meals, and nutrition calculations
- Progress Tracking: Your macro goals, daily intake history, and progress charts
- AI Insights: Personalized recommendations, eating pattern analysis, and AI-generated suggestions
- App Preferences: Your settings, notifications preferences, and customizations
- Usage Data: App activity logs and feature usage statistics
Data Retention Policy
While most of your data is deleted immediately, some information may be retained for specific purposes:
- Legal Compliance: Transaction records (if applicable) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for improving our services
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems will be completely removed within 30 days
- Security Logs: Basic security logs may be kept for fraud prevention and platform security
Your Privacy Matters
